纖維素纖維親——水性極強的天然纖維素纖維

我們研究了纖維素纖維增強混凝土的抗彎韌性,同時進行了合成纖維、鋼纖維及混雜纖維混凝土的夸曲韌性試驗,側定了纖維混凝土梁的荷載一撓度全曲線.基于美國ASTM方法.分析了纖維素纖維、合成纖維、鑰纖維及其混雜纖維增強混凝土的彎曲韌性.研究表明,纖維家纖維可提高混凝土抗彎韌性和變形能力,韌性指數幾。分別比家混凝土提高了3.0和5.8倍;在纖維體積率相同情況下,纖維家纖維混凝土抗彎韌性高于聚丙烯纖維混凝土;纖維素纖維和鋼纖維混雜使用顯著改善了混凝土的韌性和變形性能,使混凝土由脆性破壞變為延性破壞。


混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)具有抗(kang)壓強度高、剛度大(da)的(de)特性(xing)(xing)(xing),但抗(kang)裂(lie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)、抗(kang)沖擊性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)變形能(neng)力較(jiao)差.因此,通過摻入纖(xian)維(wei)來改(gai)善混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)等(deng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)是(shi)今后發展方向.纖(xian)維(wei)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中擁有根數(shu)巨多的(de)亂(luan)向分布的(de)纖(xian)維(wei),可以有效防(fang)止混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)早(zao)期開裂(lie),改(gai)善混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)品質,減少混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)在施工期的(de)裂(lie)縫和(he)缺陷,提高混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)、抗(kang)沖擊、抗(kang)凍(dong)融、抗(kang)滲(shen)、抗(kang)疲勞等(deng)耐久(jiu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。


纖(xian)(xian)維是新一代(dai)纖(xian)(xian)維,它既不同于早(zao)期的天然木質(zhi)纖(xian)(xian)維,是一種基因改良的天然纖(xian)(xian)維素纖(xian)(xian)維,可(ke)應(ying)用于橋梁、鐵道(dao)(dao)(dao)、隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)、水利(li)水電(dian)、機場道(dao)(dao)(dao)面、工(gong)業(ye)地坪、路(lu)面工(gong)程等領域,還可(ke)用于預制鐵道(dao)(dao)(dao)軌枕、電(dian)桿和各種管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)等。
